Jamu Health Shot

Our easy to do health shot recipe features the powerful key ingredients of jamu, an Indonesian traditional herbal health drink, consumed to enhance vitality and health. This delicious drink has antioxidants, and has anti inflammatory properties to boost your body's immunity! Let's drink to health!
Quantity and Ingredients :
  • 3 inches fresh turmeric, sliced, or 2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 3 pieces of tamarind, take off the outer skin
  • 500 ml of water
  • 4 tbsp of Sunria Arenga Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 lime juice
Directions :
  1. Boil all ingredients except lime juice for a minute on high.
  2. Lower heat, cover tight, and let slimmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add lime juice, and enjoy!
