The Perfectly Succulent Steak

The secret to a perfectly succulent restaurant quality steak? Simply brine your meat first by crusting it in salt for about an hour. This technique draws out moisture, dissolves the salt, and delivers the salty brine into the meat to break down muscle tissue. The result is an amazing tender steak with a much more intense flavor. Be warned of addiction!
INGREDIENTS: :
- Minimum an inch of steak cut meat (tenderloin, sirloin, rib eye,t-bone)
- a knob of butter
- 2 tsp of Sunria Bamboo Roasted SaltTM
- Fresh ground black pepper
- a splash of vegetable oil
METHOD: :
Rub meat with sea salt and leave it for one hour. Rinse off the salt, pat meat completely dry with paper towel, and season with some black pepper. Heat the oil in a pan until it is lightly smoking, and cook your meat by turning every 30 seconds. Shortly before your desired doneness (6 min medium rare, 8 min medium) toss the butter into the pan and baste the steak for another minute. Serve and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting, to enjoy maximum juiceness!
