Invigorating Greek Salad!

A light and refreshing salad, Sunria Sea Salt brings out the best of each of the ingredients, so you can taste more of its juiciness! This winning combination is delicious to your taste buds, and bursting with vitamins and minerals for your health!
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- ¼ red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cucumber, sliced into half rounds
- ½ red pepper, cut to small cubes
- 100g feta cheese, cut into small cubes
- 16 black olives
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp Sunria Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

METHOD:
To make dressing, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk lighty. Prepare salad ingredients into a big bowl. Pour dressing, toss and enjoy!
