INGREDIENTS: :
- 450g of Sunria broccoli, chopped in floret pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp of Sunria bamboo salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juce
- 300 ml hot water
- 100 ml cream or plain yoghurt (optional)
- chopped parsley, for garnish
METHOD: :
In medium high heat, sauté chopped onion in a pot until translucent, then add minced garlic for a minute or two. Add broccoli, paprika powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg and sauté for two minutes until evenly coated. Add hot water and bring it down to a boil for a minute. Turn down heat to medium and cover the pot with its lid for 15 mins. Use a blender/ hand blender and process everything until smooth. Add lemon juice and cream/plain yoghurt (optional), and stir. Garnish with parsley before serving.
